I have a bit of a love affair with straw bags. The contrast they have with Autumn / Winter clothes but I always feel like they give me hope that Summer will be here again before you know it, the irony of me typing this from the start of Autumn in Sydney is not lost on me. The Arket looks big enough to swing over / cross body style and the Loewe, well it’s just a bit bloody gorgeous isn’t it / it will sell out if it hasn’t already by the time this goes to air.

There’s something about this sandal that made me press buy very quickly. I was looking for a style that felt true to an old school design, a leather sole that’s not chunky but then with the contrast of the chunky straps and the appearance of something that perhaps you bought in Greece whilst on holiday from a little shop or second hand from a market. Grenson do timeless very well and at a great price.

The bandeau is back in a big way, for Spring layer under a t-shirt, shirt or wear under a blazer with wide leg denim. For Summer balance out the proportion with wide leg pants or jeans, high waisted shorts or a bias cut maxi skirt.

I am completely obsessed with this set but it’s not available in AU so if you buy it I do not want to know waaaaaa ! also a good price for this brand / unique style, as a set event worth and as separates so versatile from beach to office, thinking the top and tailored shorts in the Summer.
