A trip to Whale Song Shack in Tasmania, the 4 things I'm taking that have massively reduced my peri-menopause symptoms and my birthday gift . . .

Last month (as I’m running a little behind on this one) we went away for a few days to Tasmania as a family. My partner works away a lot so when he’s home I’ve been trying to squeeze in some little trips and much needed quality time for us all as a family. It’s also a great chance to discover some new places as a family and see a bit more of Australia which is my favourite thing to do with Dusty.

Whale Song, Tasmania

Whale Song is location 90 minutes drive from Launceston airport. I’d never been to Tasmania before and was struck by how lush and green the countryside is which made me miss the UK just a little bit. The drive was beautiful and was full of little quirky towns and rolling hills with lots of farm animals which kept Dusty happy.
